The Tales of Robin Hood

Robin, Will and the children casually strolled down Maid Marian Way.

"Oh my goodness," yelled Robin as loud as he could. The whole street stopped and looked at Robin.

"Citizens!" he shouted, talking to the people on the street. "What is this primitive building?" he asked.

One man came up to Robin and said; "This 'primitive' building is called The Tales of Robin Hood where we find out about that idiot we call Robin Hood."

"All about me?" said Robin.

"What!?!" said the man.

"Well, didn't you know?" enquired Robin, puzzled. "I'm Robin Hood."

"Oh yeah," said the man, sarcastically. "And I'm Frank Sinatra!"

"Really?" said Robin. "I've heard about you. Can I have your autograph?"

"What?!" said the man, baffled. "You are mad, mate. Mad!"

"Oh thank you," said Robin. "That's a very nice thought."

The man stormed off, muttering under his breath.

"Robin, that wath amathing," said Will in awe. "But did you hear what he thaid? He thaid that thith building ith all about YOU! You are a living legend!"

"Didn't you know that already?" said Robin, going into a macho-man pose. "Come on, then. I'm not going to miss out on an opportunity like this!"

They all ran inside. "Robin, I hope you know that you COMPLETELY and UTTERLY embarrassed us!" said James in annoyance.

"Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't realise," said Robin.

"It's alright, Joe butted in. "Just don't do it again!"

"Okay," said Robin and Will together.

Suddenly a voice came from behind Robin. "£4 for adults, £2 for children," said the voice. It was the receptionist.

"Oh, hello," said Robin politely.

Helen nudged Robin to the side. "There's six children and ..."

"Aren't those children as well?" said the receptionist, pointing at Robin and Will.

"Children?!" cried Robin. "I am not a child. I am..."

He was interrupted by Alex who said: "he's with us and just put them down as kids. They act like them anyway!"

"Thank you, fair maiden!" Robin cried in thanks to the receptionist as he was forced inside.>

"Yeah, whatever," said the receptionist.

Robin enthusiastically ran through the queue and onto the carts.

"Whee!" he cried, as he went round. Then he leapt out as he saw a statue of himself and started to talk to it.

Five minutes later a security guard saw Robin, got him by the neck and threw him out.

The kids ran out and cried "ROBIN!"

Robin landed on something blue, tall and hard. He looked behind him, and there was the Tardis!
