Ivor Shockforue Dracula's Dome, Room 14

Ivor lives in the space between a ceiling and a floor. His thin green arms can slide between the gaps in the floor boards. His razor sharp nails give a nasty shock should you dare to walk across the floor barefoot. If you you peep through the gap in the baords you will see his one beady yellow eye staring back. Listen carefully and you can him wheezing and slurping beneath your feet. Hurry across and don't tread on the gaps.
