                       2000: Xmas Concert and Party for Senior Citizens
  This was televised by 'The Year of Promise programme. A galaxy of TV stars including Davina McCall and Carol Vordeman, newsreader Nicholas Owen  and TV chefs came to MGB.
  2003: Music Business Course for Year 9 pupils
  Some met Atomic Kitten and Mel C. Katherine J., a pupil, wrote: "This music course has been very interesting and exciting. I have really enjoyed meeting Atomic Kitten and I also met Busted and Mel C. which was great - a once in a lifetime experience."
  Jasdeep wrote: "When Gordon Duncan came to talk about how the industry promotes music I though it was very interesting ... never though it took so much work to complete promoting one single. He told us all about publicity, how they get the artists to come on TV shows, and how they come on the radio and [have] pictures in magazines."
  2003: New Venture 'Brings State and Private' together
  MGB's steel band, instrumentalists and gospel choir were invited to participate in a concert with Loughborough High School, and some has the chance to perform at Freddie Kofi's Nottingham Playhouse concert.         - MGB have the confidence to succeed.
