Jenn's Smoothe

Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:

2 small red apples
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. sugar
2 pinches of cinnamon

Utensils:

Knife (You'll need help from your adult assistant.)
Blender or food processor
Measuring spoons
Serving bowls

Directions:

Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Throw out the core.
Put the apple pieces and lemon juice into the blender or food processor. Blend until the mixture is very smooth.
Pour the mixture into two small bowls and stir in the sugar and cinnamon.
Enjoy your awesome applesauce!

Serves: 2

Serving Size: 1 bowl (half the recipe)

King Arthur's Pancakes

6oz of plain flour
1 egg
1 pint of milk
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of oil

Method

Mix ingredients in a large bowl until all lumps removed. Beat until smooth.

Heat up a lightly greased frying pan.
Spoon in one ladle full of mixture.
Cook on medium heat for a couple of minutes until bubbles appear in the top.
Then turn it over - either with a spatula or by tossing the pan.
Cook the other side for a minute and then serve with lemon and sugar or syrup.

Yummy yummy cake!!

Ingredients:
1 tsp. salt
1 cup. Sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. Rum butter
2 1/2 cups flour
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup oil

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Put it in a heart-shaped pan. Bake at 350 degrees until turns golden brown.

Frosting:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. milk
2 cups powdered sugar

Dream cookie

1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cm butter
3 table spoons of chocolate chips
1 cup of chocolate milk

step 1 mix all the ingredients altogether.
step 2 mould the dough and put it in a cookie tray.
step 3 put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
step 4 scoop it out carefully, and WALAH IT IS FINISHED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Strawberry pie

20 strawberries,
pastry,
1 eggs,
large bowl,
food prosser.

First place the strawberries in the food processor and blend them. Then roll the pastry out and make to identical circles but one slightly bigger. Place the blended strawberries in there and chop some more in half and add those. Cover the top of the pie in egg brushed all over. Then put them together. You should end up with a strawberry pie!

Boarhead soup

Ingredients:
boarheads, vegetables, parsley and hot water

Chop the boar heads into little pieces and put them in a pot. Add parsley and any vegetables that you like. Next you can add hot water and let it sit for 5 minutes then eat it or you can add any temperature of water and then cook it over a fire or a stove, stir it and then eat it when it's the temperature that you like it.

Swedish meat

3 pound pork
2 cups oregano
4 tbsp paprika
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 pound chopped meat
1 tbsp parsley
1 bay leaf
1 cup grated parmesan
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp cumin
3 eggs
2 cups breadcrumbs

Simmer oil for 5 minutes. Slowly add pork and cover till browned, add cumin and parsley while still hot. Now add eggs to meat and cook with parmesan for 15 minutes. Mix; paprika should be sprinkled on top with bay leaf for looks

Shreya's super dee duper delight!

Ingredients:

(Serves 5 people)

10 slices of bread
1lb grated cheese ( preferably mozzarella)
Green pepper
Red pepper
onions
ketchup

Method:

Spread the ketchup on the slices. Add chopped vegetables. sprinkle with grated cheese. Add a hint of salt and pepper. Put in oven at 300 degrees for about 8-10 minutes.Serve hot with ketchup and now you are ready to take a bite into the crunchy super dee duper delight. I promise you it will be YUMMY!

Cinnamon Swordfish Eggplant Dish

4 Swordfish Steaks
3/4 cup of cinnamon
dash of salt
dash of pepper
dash of chives
pinch of parsley
2 eggplants

Set out swordfish to thaw. Pour cinnamon in medium-sized bowl. Mix salt and pepper with it until well mixed. *Do not beat. Stir*

Once swordfish is thawed, set in oven for 1 hour and 25 mins. Take swordfish out and quickly pour cinnamon, salt, and pepper on fish so it melts. Slice eggplants in half and set aside.

Shred swordfish into tiny little pieces and stuff into eggplant. Let it cool for about 3 mins.

*Makes about 2 servings* (goes good with dirty rice)

Season soup

You need:

Chicken
basil
any type of noodles
carrots

1. Put water in a huge pot.
2. Put a couple shakes of basil in the water.
3. Put noodles in pot.
4. Cut up carrots.
5. Cut chicken so it is in little pieces.
6. Put the cut up chicken and carrots in the pot.
7. Boil water.
8. When it is finished,
