A Different Kind of "Me" story

My family (Mom, Stepdad, sisters Elizabeth, 12, Claire, 10, and stepsister Ava, 15) and I just moved to Hawaii a few months ago because Johnny, my ever-so-lovable stepdad got a job here. We moved into a beautiful, 8-bedroom mansion with a beach as our backyard and I'm going to an Maui private school. I felt so different from the rest just because I wasn't Hawaiian. It's still hard dealing with Ava since she is really catty. She cared more than me about being different. Being with my sisters was tough. But I learned in the end, about everything. Me me me!

It's all about me, right!!

I live with my little brother Mum and Dad. I have four pet fish called Kahlen, BB II, The Red Caped Monster and Blacky III. Fish is just lovely and I love my fish. I alwys cry for ages when one dies. I love TV. I watch TV a lot. When i get home from school it's first TV. My favourite colour is purple because it's dark and mysterious and it's just a wicked colour.

My name is Adriana, I live in an apartment with 2 sisters. There are only 2 bedrooms. I have 2 parents, counting myself there are 5 people in all. Angelique (my sister) & I share a bedroom. Angelique is 7 years old. Jaelynn (my other sister) shares a bedroom with my mom & dad. Jaelynn is 17 months old. One day, my sister & I were told to unload the dishwasher. We did it. Then later that day (at night) we were told to clean our closet. We got in a huge fight! After that, we played some video games. Jaelynn woke up! So we had to give up our game for her. (June 2006)

Morning Glory!

Hi, Everyone!

I'm Monika. My work is titled Morning Glory 'cause I love mornings. Each morning brings promise that today will be better than yesterday. Each day gives all people the chance to make their dreams happen. And that's what I try to do. Every day, I try to write in my journal or my stories. Writing is my passion. I love how words can paint bright pictures in the minds of human beings, and make the world come alive. I also love music too. It's a form of writing through beautiful sounds. I have played the piano for almost ten years, but I find music in every part of my life. In people's voices, in the wind, in the barking of dogs, in the way that people associate with each other.

And although sometimes I may not have a great day, I always tell myself:
Keep your chin up and look at the sun, 'cause God is smiling.

Just My Life

What could I say about my life?
It's ordinary, with it's ups and downs. As everyones life is. I could say that at the age of 5 I got 3 stitches above my left eye. Or maybe I could say that I almost grew up at a small public school. That's where I enjoyed good times, and I lived right next to the school, where I had a free access to a smooth parking lot for skateboarding. I could say that I have a weird relationship with my friends. I mean, they like havin' me around, but when new company comes around they just almost abandoned me. I have lived some good summers in my time, usally spent in Michigan or Tennessee or Texas. I've got a great family who has been together since before I was born.
At the present, my life feels crummy but happy. How weird is that? Well, I've never had a boyfriend, or any romantic contact with a boy of any kind. I live in a world that I can only dream of, and I can't face reality very well.
Yeah sure, I know my life isn't something worth gettin' all upset about, but it sure is enough for me to live an life of ups and downs.

My life is so much better than I would have ever thought, but for me, life is only beginning. I've got plenty of other adventures to encounter.

My life is hell

Hi people. My name is Jade and I live in England in the UK. I am 12 years old. I am not very happy because my life is hell. This is because my dad has just died of cancer. I miss him so much and can't stand living with out him. I now live with only my mum. I feel so sad but I just don't no how to express my feelings. This is my first time writing on this. The only thing that I think helps me grieve is starving myself or making myself sick. I keep thinking why has God done this to me. Why has he let my dad die? All I want to do now is die.
