In skating we are working on the same jumps,

Grandpa

Friends For Ever

We weren't sisters by birth, but we knew from the start we would be sisters at heart. Her name is Stephanie but I call her Tef, Teffy or even Stef. Her birthday is 5 days after mine and we are the best of friends. We may get into fights but we always make up. Even though she isn't my sister I know in my heart that she is mine.

When my grandpa died there she was giving me the hope and care that I needed. When I was hurt there she was, she never left my side. When we were in other fights there she was.

I hope that we will always be best friends. No g, nothing can break us up. I know that I can tell her all of my deepest, darkest secrets and that she won't tell anyone. (February 2005)

You cherish it for your life
Because it will always be there for you
Your friends will help you when you are down so don't just look around but talk to people and make an everlasting friendship which you can keep for ever and ever
Don't worry
Sometimes you will fall out with them about stupid things but you will always make up and when you do you will be closer than ever. So make yourself a friend today and don't delay!

Yea we are friends,

The arguing over boys,
And what kinda clothes we wear.
Talking day and night.
Never forget I will always care.

Through all the laughs and lies,
And the "I can't believe she/he said that"
All the secrets I can't say.
And when we say "oh my God I am so fat".

You talk about who are not your friends,
But don't forget they have feelings too.
Friends are hard to find so treat them right,
And if you get mad at me all I want is a clue.

Through all the questions,
Some that I can't answer.
When that happens I will give you advice.
Just please don’t say "oh my God I hate her"!

We will always be tight,
