TRANSFORMATION

By Alex S.

The next thing I knew, the sun was belting down on my wings...

Wings? I looked down in terror. I was about eighty-two feet above the ground, perched on a tree branch! I was an eagle. Hey, if I'm an eagle, I can fly and eagles eat meat! I can get revenge on my brother, so I saw my brother walking along.

I aimed at him and ... Fire!! I shot down at him at 150 miles per hour and hit him with my sharp beak right on the neck and in doing the process, I broke his neck and tore a piece of flesh and shirt from his back.

Then, the next day, I somehow turned back into a human. When it was breakfast time, I said to my brother with a smirky smile on my face, 'What on earth happened to you?'
